INGREDIENTS

  • 6 pears
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Amaretto
  • Lemon juice
  • Sliced almonds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Wash the pears throughly. Peel and core the pears.
  2. Put pears in pan and cover them with sugar.
  3. Dot with butter and pour amaretto over the pears.
  4. Squirt with lemon juice and shake it about.
  5. Place in oven for 25 minutes or until sugar is melted and caramel colored.
  6. When pears are almost done, add sliced almonds.
  7. Remove from oven and pour into dish.
